Lt Col Chandrakant Salunkhe (Retd) An Army Engineer Veteran with 10 years’ experience  Facility Management Industry is the Promoter of CSS Group He is an Army Engineer veteran with over twenty years of Army service and six years of corporate experience in Manpower, Electronic Security and facility Management with MNC Asset services Companies. He runs his own Security operations through DGR and is on board as consultant

Shri Shivajirao Desai,Retd ACP has been the torch bearer at CSSGroup and acts as a true mentor to the Group. With over 26 years of service in the Police force culminatingin award of President Police Medal, Mr Desai has also worked in corporate sector for over 10 years. He has a vast experience in the field of Security.

Lt. Col. C.J Ranade is one of the well known person in the field of Security, He had very important positions in various government organisations as well as in private sector, He was Chief General Manager in Mahagenco (MSEB Company), CVO in Mahatransco, Chief of Security for Bombay Stock Exchange and many more important positions in various companies.

He is our Guide and mentor in Pioneer Facilities Pvt Ltd, who keeps his eyes on day to day operations of the company and great motivator to Us.
